<br /> 3200.240 DUTIES OF INSPECTORS. Each licensed inspector shall maintain a current <br /> <br /> City license and conduct all duties in good faith with the City's Rental Housing Evaluator <br /> Guidelines. <br /> Section 2 <br /> SEVERABILITY. Should any section, subdivision, clause or other provision of this <br /> Ordinance be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision <br /> shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or of any part thereof, other than <br /> the part held to be invalid. <br /> Section 3 <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the <br /> case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire <br /> ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary <br /> is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire <br /> ordinance: <br /> The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a standard procedure for licensing <br /> rental housing inspectors for the City's rental housing licensing program. It <br /> provides application requirements and establishes conditions in which an <br /> application may be denied or a license may be suspended or revoked. Inspectors <br /> are required to read and follow City Rental Housing Evaluator Guidelines as an <br /> express condition of the inspection license. <br /> Section 4 <br /> Effective Date.
