MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> SF,PTEMBEI2 9, 2009 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of <br /> September, 2009 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br /> 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CI"lY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Michael McGraw <br /> Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. I-Iauson <br /> City Attorney Mr. Trevor Oliver <br /> Public Works Supt. Mr. Bill Dircks <br /> Cable 1'V Prod. Mr. Kevin Helander <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2009-9-207 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THEAUGUST 26, 2009 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br /> SUBMITTED <br /> The Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> RAMSEY Mayor Blesener read an email Prom Sgt. Jim Dunlap of the Ramsey <br /> COUNTY County Sheriff's Department thanking Sheriff s Deputies and Staff for <br /> SHERIFF'S their response to the incident in which a North St. Paul Police Officer <br /> DEPARTMENT was killed and a Maplewood Police Officer injured. Blesener asked that <br /> RESPONSE asked that the community keep the families and law enforcement <br /> community in their thoughts and prayers. <br /> LITTLE CANADA Mayor Blesener congratulated Little Canada Elementary School on being <br /> ELEMENTARY named 2009-10 MN School of Excellence. <br /> SCHOOL <br /> <br />
