Resolution declared adopted. <br /> RENTAL `fhe City Administrator presented a proposed ordinance establishing a <br /> LICENSING licensing requirement for rental housing inspectors in the City as well as <br /> PROGRAM a resolution establishing a rental housing inspection license fee of $100 <br /> per year. The Administrator noted that this is a part of the City's Rental <br /> Housing Licensing Program wherein inspectors will inspect rental uiuts to <br /> ensure code compliance. In addition to the annual License fee, rental <br /> housing inspectors working in Little Canada will have to purchase <br /> inspection software at one-time cost of approximately $500. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2009-9-219 -ADOPTING AN ORDINANCE <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 3200 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br /> CODE, ESTABLISHING A LICENSE REQUIREMENT FOR <br /> RENTAL HOUSING INSPECTORS WITHIN THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0).
