There are no other reasonable locations on the property to put the pylon sign. <br /> • If the sign was moved to the North out of the pipeline easement, it would be close to the <br /> center of the parking lot and would look out of place, and not be conducive with the <br /> surrounding area signs and businesses. <br /> • If the sign was located in the Northwestern section of the parking lot it would be too close <br /> to the Flameburger sign and would block the view of their sign from cats coming from <br /> the South. <br /> I believe I have met the conditions for a variance and am trying to put up the best looking pylon <br /> sign as possible, while allowing the two tenants to receive the minimum amount of signage on <br /> <br /> the pylon sign for their continued long term success of their businesses. <br /> Thanks for you time and consideration. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> <br /> Tom Duray <br /> <br />
