<br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> SEPTEMBER 23, 2009 <br /> <br /> JUDGES as will as the portions of Arden Hills and Shoreview that are in the <br /> Roseville School District. One combined precinct will be utilized at the <br /> Roseville Area Middle School for these areas. The City Clerk requested <br /> that the Council appoint the election judges that will serve at the <br /> November 3, 2009 election as recommended. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2009-9-227 -APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES <br /> FOR THE NOVEMBER 3, 2009 ROSEVILLE SCHOOL <br /> DISTRICTION ELECTIONAS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY <br /> CLERK <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> HIA The City Clerk reported that Unit 236 at Canabury Square Condominiums <br /> DEFERMENT, was recently sold, and the new owner is requesting deferment of HIA fees <br /> CANABURY due to special circumstances. The Council asked the timeline for <br /> SQUARE, considering additional HIA fee deferment requests, and the City <br /> UNIT #236 Administrator indicated that no additional requests would likely be <br /> considered. The remaining HIA fees will be certified to Ramsey County <br /> for collection with property taxes. Once certified to the County, the <br /> opportunity for deferments would be closed. Montour asked if an <br /> individual's circumstances change in the future, if they would be able to <br /> request a deferment. The Administrator replied that the City has not made <br /> provisions for that type of situation. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2009-9-228 -APPROVING THE DEFERMENT <br /> OF HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA FEES FOR THE OWNER OF <br /> UNIT 23G, CANABURYSQUARE CONDOMINIUMS GIVEN THAT <br /> THE OWNER MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO <br /> QUALIFY FOR A SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCE DEFERMENT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ADJOURN Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2009-9-229 -ADJOURNING <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
