Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. Ganzel indicated that he had no comments at this time. The City <br /> Administrator reported that by submitting his objection, Mr. Ganzel has <br /> preserved his right to appeal the assessment in District Court. The <br /> Administrator also indicated that the City can obtain further <br /> documentation of the assessment meeting benefits received through an <br /> appraisal. <br /> Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Keis, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2009-10-250 -ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT <br /> ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. 2009-07, LAKESIDE COURT AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> IMP. NO. Mayor Blesener opened the Public Igearing to consider the assessment oP <br /> 2009-14 - costs for the improvement of Brooks Avenue (from Arkwright to end) <br /> BROOKS & and Arkwright Street by road reconstruction, concrete curb and gutter, and <br /> ARKWRIGHT drainage enhancements. The Mayor indicated that there is a sign up sheet <br /> for residents with construction-related issues. Residents with those types <br /> of questions or concerns will be contacted following the meeting. The <br /> Mayor also noted that any property owners objecting to the assessment <br /> proposed for their property must submit a written objection this evening. <br /> The City Engineer reviewed the Brooks-Arkwright project cost details, <br /> indicating that estimated actual costs are $333,000.00, and of that amount <br /> $139,208.66 is being assessed. The Engineer then reviewed the City's <br /> 15 <br /> <br />
