The Planner <br /> recommended the Interim Use Permit run with the lease. At the time that <br /> Hardware Hank would not renew their lease and would vacate the <br /> building, the Interim Use Permit for the outdoor display area would <br /> terminate. Duray asked if an annual review of the IUP would be <br /> necessary.
