Resolution declared adopted. <br /> NUISANCE The City Administrator recommended the assessment of nuisance <br /> ABATEMENT- abatement costs for Canabury Square Unit #274 owned by Katherine <br /> CANABURY Hamalainen. These abatement costs are for electrical repair work as <br /> SQUARE, well as a $500 administrative fee. The Administrator proposed that the <br /> UNIT #274 abatement costs be assessed at 6% interest over a five year period. He <br /> also noted that there may be additional abatement costs to this property <br /> within the next several months. <br /> McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTIONNO. 2009-11-286 -ASSESSING NUISANCE <br /> ABATEMENT COSTS IN THE AMO UNT OF $3,191.00 AGAINST <br /> 122 EAST DEMONT AVENUE, UNIT #274, OWNED BY <br /> KATHERINE HAMALAINEN OVER A FIVE YEAR PERIOD AT 6 <br /> INTEREST AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br /> IN HIS REPORT DATED NOVEMBER 23, 2009 <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0).
