<br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> DECEMBER 16, 2009 <br /> On behalf of the entire City, Mayor Blesener thanked Chief Morelan for <br /> his dedicated service to the community. <br /> PAWN Mayor Blesener opened the public hearing to consider renewal of the <br /> BROKERS following licenses: <br /> & SECOND Pawn Brokers License <br /> HAND GOODS Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br /> DEALERS Second Hand Goods Dealers Licenses <br /> LICENSES Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br /> Christian Life Ministries <br /> Second Impressions <br /> The Mayor noted that the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department has <br /> indicated that they have no issues or concerns with these license renewals. <br /> There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br /> this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Keis, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2009-I2-289 -APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF <br /> THE FOLLOWING LICENSES FOR THE LICENSE PERIOD <br /> JANUARY 1, 2010 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2010: <br /> Pawn Brokers License <br /> Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br /> Second Hanrl Goods Dealers Licenses <br /> Lincoln Pawn & Jewelry <br /> Christian Life Ministries <br /> Second Impressions <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> AMEND PUD- Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Amendment to PUD <br /> 3225 COUNTRY Permit to allow up to 8,000 square feet for retail tenants in a PUD Zoning <br /> DRIVE- District for the property located at 3225 Country Drive. Blesener noted <br /> GRABA that the City Planner and the Planning Commission have recommended <br /> PROPERTIES approval of the PUD Amendment subject to the retail users being limited <br /> to the listing contained in the City Planner's report dated December 3, <br /> 2009. <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
