Resolution declared adopted. <br /> CALL FOR The City Attorney noted the correspondence received from Larkin <br /> CLOSED Hoffman threatening litigation relative to the issue of omission of a <br /> SESSION - noise wall in front of Quebec apartments on Country Drive. The City <br /> QUEBEC Attorney recommended that the City Council move into closed session <br /> SOUND WALL to discuss this litigation threat. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTIONNO. 2009-12-306 - TEMPORARILYADJOURNING <br /> THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO <br /> CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS THREATENED LITIGATION <br /> RELATIVE TO OMISSION OFA SOUND WALL ADJACENT TO <br /> THE QUEBECAPARTMENTS ON COUNTRY DRIVE AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYATTORNEY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Council convened into closed session at 10:10 p.m. <br /> Mr. McCraw inhoduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2009-72-307 -ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br /> SESSIONAND RECONVENING THE REGULAR CITY COUNCIL <br /> MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0).
