Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ECONOMIC Blesener reported that the City Council needs to convene as the <br /> DEVELOPMENT Economic Development Authority for purposes of adopting its 2010 <br /> AUTHORITY Budget and appointing 2010 Officers. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-1-4 -RECESSING THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> MEETING AND CONVENING AS THE ECONOMIC <br /> DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br /> "fhe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Blesener opened the public hearing of the Economic Development <br /> Authority to consider adoption of the 2010 Budget and appointment of <br /> 2010 Officers. Keis expressed interest in moving up in the ranks of the <br /> Economic Development Authority. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-I-5 -APPOINTING THE FOLLOWING <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OFFICERS FOR 2010: <br /> Jol:u.
