Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-1-7 -CLOSING THE PUBLIC HEARING <br /> AND ADJOURNING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> A UTHORITY MEETING AS WELL AS RECONVENING THE CITY <br /> COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> RENTAL Lisa Peilen, MN Multi Housing Association (MHA), appeared before the <br /> PROPERTY Council to provide an overview of the products and services provided by <br /> MANAUEMENT- MHA. Peden reported that MHA is anon-profit trade association with <br /> LISA PEILEN, approximately 2,000 members. These members are rental property <br /> MN MULTI- owners and managers. Peilen reported that in addition to advocacy, MHA <br /> HOUSING sells various rental forms and provides classes. MHA hosts a web site that <br /> ASSOCIATION provides a great deal of information, and a hot line that provides <br /> information. Peden then presented its most recent publication `°1 he <br /> Fundamentals of Rental Property Management in Minnesota" which is a <br /> compilation of very important information for rental property owners and <br /> managers. Peilen provided a supply of these booklets that the City could <br /> provide to its rental property owners and managers.
