MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MC+ ETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> JANUARY 27, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br /> January, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 730 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2020-1-26 - APPRO DING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THE JANUARY 13, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND, <br /> THE JANUARY 13, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> ANNOUNCE- Mayor Blesener wished former Mayor Ray Hanson a Happy 80`x' Birthday <br /> MENTS on behalf of the Mayor, Council, and entire City. Blesener outlined <br /> Hanson's long tenw•e as a Council Member, Mayor, as well as community <br /> volunteer. <br /> PRELIMINARY Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider Preliminary Plat <br /> PLAT - approval for Gervais Woods which catsists of eleven (11)single-family <br /> GERVAIS lots on property located at 2966 LaBore Road as proposed by Landmark <br /> <br />
