To that end, the City Engineer is putting the finishing touches on a feasibility <br /> report for this project. Tt will be distributed under separate cover early next week. <br /> Staff is recommending you accept the feasibility report and call for an improvement <br /> hearing to be held on March 170i at a time of your choosing. (We may also be calling for <br /> another improvement hearing for that night involving the water and sewer connections <br /> fiom 1Cohlman Lane to Gervais Woods. However, we are awaiting the results of the <br /> appraisal before doing so.) <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
