The project includes the removal of existing railing and <br /> installation of an ornamental railing on the bridge along with a special surface finish that <br /> will be completed on the parapets and barriers. The project was previously bid on <br /> Thursday, October 22, 2009, however only one bid was received and it was determined <br /> at that time to reject the bid and rebid early in 2010. <br /> Bids are to be received by 11:00 a.m., February 10, 2010 and we will provide a <br /> tabulation of the bids and recommendation as an addition to the council agenda packet <br /> for that nights meeting.
