MINUTES OF THE 12EGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 10, 2010 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Mimiesota was convened on the 10th day of February, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss Council Member Mr. John Keis Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw Council Member Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESF,NT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2010-2-33 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JANUARY 25, 2010 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, TILE JANUARY 27, 2010 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE JANUARY 27, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. CONSENT Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AGENDA RESOL UTION NO 2010-2-39 -APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS TILE FOLLOWING: *APPROVAL OF THE VOUCHERS; *APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYREQUEST TO T.A. SCHIFKSYFOR 2009 STREET IMPROVEMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER;
