MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> FEBRUARY 24, 20].0 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of <br /> February, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and <br /> the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Acting Mayor Mr. Rick Montour <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helauder <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTIONNO. 2010-2-41-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THE FEBRUARYYO, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND <br /> THE FEBRUARY 10, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br /> SUBMITTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (3). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> CONSIDER Acting Mayor Montour opened the continuation of Public I-Tearing to <br /> REVOCATION consider the revocation of Planned Unit Development Permit related to <br /> OF PUD outdoor storage at 3151 Country Drive owned by Tony Costanzo and <br /> PERMIT - Mary Fasching. <br /> 3151. COUNTRY <br /> DRIVE - The City Administrator indicated that at its December 16, 2009 meeting <br /> COSTANZO & the City Council continued the public hearing to consider revocation of <br /> FASCHING the PUD Permit at 3151 Country Drive until February 24, 2010. This <br /> would provide the property owners with an additional 60 days to correct <br /> the remaining code violations on the property. At that meeting, the <br /> Council directed the property owners, Tony Costanzo and Mary Fasching, <br /> <br />
