MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA FEBRUARY 24, 20].0 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 24th day of February, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Acting Mayor Rick Montour called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Acting Mayor Mr. Rick Montour Council Member Mr. John Keis Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw ABSENT: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helauder City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONNO. 2010-2-41-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARYYO, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE FEBRUARY 10, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. CONSIDER Acting Mayor Montour opened the continuation of Public I-Tearing to REVOCATION consider the revocation of Planned Unit Development Permit related to OF PUD outdoor storage at 3151 Country Drive owned by Tony Costanzo and PERMIT - Mary Fasching. 3151. COUNTRY DRIVE - The City Administrator indicated that at its December 16, 2009 meeting COSTANZO & the City Council continued the public hearing to consider revocation of FASCHING the PUD Permit at 3151 Country Drive until February 24, 2010. This would provide the property owners with an additional 60 days to correct the remaining code violations on the property. At that meeting, the Council directed the property owners, Tony Costanzo and Mary Fasching,
