Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2010-2-44 -APPROVING THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH R. J. MARCO FOR THE CITY'S SMALLER PARCEL AT TH36 AND RICE STREET AS AMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATORANb SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE CITYATTORNEYANDAUTHORlZING THE CITYADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THEAGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (3). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. TOBACCO The City Administrator reviewed a proposed ordinance amendment LICENSING modifying the penalties in the City Code relating to tobacco compliance ORDINANCE violations as discussed by the Council at their February 10°i meeting. He noted that based on comments received by the Mayor, the ordinance language was amended clarifying the proposed 24 month look-back period. The Administrator also reported that the City Attorney reviewed the amendment making some modifications relative to the Council's discretion in considering suspensions or revocations of licenses similar to provisions in other City ordinance sections relating to licensing. Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2010-2-45 -APPROVING ORDINANCE NO. 689 AMENDING CHAPTER 802.090 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE, KNOWNAS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO ADMINISTRATIVE FINES, SUSPENSIONS, AND/OR REVOCATIONS FOR TOBACCO REGULATION VIOLATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE ACTING MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE ORDINANCE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY "the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. WORKER'S The City Administrator reviewed his report dated February 19, 2010 COMPENSATION relative to deductible options for the City's Worker's Compensation 11
