Resolution declared adopted. <br /> TOBACCO The City Administrator reviewed a proposed ordinance amendment <br /> LICENSING modifying the penalties in the City Code relating to tobacco compliance <br /> ORDINANCE violations as discussed by the Council at their February 10°i meeting. He <br /> noted that based on comments received by the Mayor, the ordinance <br /> language was amended clarifying the proposed 24 month look-back <br /> period. The Administrator also reported that the City Attorney reviewed <br /> the amendment making some modifications relative to the Council's <br /> discretion in considering suspensions or revocations of licenses similar to <br /> provisions in other City ordinance sections relating to licensing. <br /> Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-2-45 -APPROVING ORDINANCE NO. 689 <br /> AMENDING CHAPTER 802.090 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br /> CODE, KNOWNAS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE FINES, SUSPENSIONS, AND/OR <br /> REVOCATIONS FOR TOBACCO REGULATION VIOLATIONS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE ACTING MAYOR AND CITY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE THE ORDINANCE ON BEHALF <br /> OF THE CITY <br /> "the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (3). <br /> Nays (0).
