<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> MARCH 22, 2010 <br /> Again, the City Administrator indicated that between now and the <br /> Assessment Hearing that would be held in the fall, City staff would review <br /> and make a recommendation on possible revisions to the Assessment <br /> Policy for this type of project. <br /> There was no one else present wishing to address this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Montour, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO.2010-3-56 -ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. <br /> 2010-12, RICE STREET RECONSTR UCTION, AND THE <br /> PREPARATION OF PLANS AS WELL AS INSTRUCTING CITY <br /> STAFF TO REVIEW THE CITY'S ASSESSMENT POLICY <br /> RELATIVE TO COMMERCIAL URBAN STREET <br /> RECONSTRUCTIONAND THE ASSESSMENT OF COMMERCIAL <br /> PROPERTIES HAVING TRIPLE FRONTAGES AND MAKEA <br /> RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The owner of McDonald's appeared at the meeting and the City <br /> Administrator gave him a brief summary of what had occurred and the <br /> Council's direction to review the Assessment Policy relative to his <br /> concerns. <br /> ADJOURN Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution acrd moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-3-57 -ADJOURNING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0).
