<br /> CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION <br /> David Schweitz is seeking approval of a CUP to allow for construction of a new 1,500 <br /> square foot garage. The proposed new garage appears to be consistent with the <br /> requirements of the Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan. Staff recommends <br /> approval of the conditional use permit subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The proposed new garage shall not exceed 30 feet in height. <br /> 2. The proposed garage shall be constructed of materials which are consistent with <br /> Section 903.020.T of Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. The applicant shall demonstrate that the existing and proposed conditions of the <br /> subject site are consistent with the Shoreland District impervious surface <br /> requirements subject to review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> 4.
