The subject site is zoned B-3, General Business. <br /> The need for the permit has been prompted by a change in building ownership and <br /> subsequent desire to change in the building's existing signage. <br /> The applicant is requesting four individual tenant signs on the north side of the <br /> commercial center (along Little Canada Road), each measuring a maximum of 100 <br /> square feet in size. <br /> Comprehensive Sign Plan Analysis <br /> As noted, the comprehensive sign plan calls for four individual tenant signs on the <br /> north side of the commercial center (along Little Canada Road), each measuring 100 <br /> square feet in size.
