4. Off-street loading as regulated by Section 903.060 of this Ordinance. <br /> 5. Outdoor sales and display areas for pool, hot tub, gazebo, patio and grill products <br /> limited to the location identified on the approved site plan dated March 15, 2010. <br /> <br /> C. Temporary Outdoor Storage. Outdoor storage of pool sales products and wooden pallets <br /> shall be allowed for a period of three (3) years from the date of adoption of this <br /> Ordinance subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The outside storage area is limited to the area identified on the site plan dated <br /> March 15, 2010. <br /> 2. The outside storage area is paved with bituminous or concrete or other acceptable <br /> material as approved by the City Council. <br /> 3. The outside storage area is screened from neighboring properties in compliance <br /> with Section 903.020.G of the Zoning Ordinance. This screening shall consist of <br /> a wood fence, and landscaping along the west boundary in a five foot setback area <br /> from the property line. <br /> D. A development agreement shall be executed between the owner and the City of Little <br /> Canada, including the approved plans governing the development and use of the subject <br /> property. <br /> Section 2. The parcel identified as Parcel ID Number 062922430002, and legally <br /> described as is hereby rezoned from B-3, General <br /> Business District to Planned Unit Development District, PUD "C". <br /> Section 3.
