CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 915 OF THE LITTLE CANADA ZONING <br /> ORDINANCE, KNOWN AS"PUD" PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT, BY <br /> PROVIDING FOR A NEW PUD ZONING DISTRICT AND REZONING CERTAIN <br /> PROPERTY FROM B-3, GENERAL BUSINESS TO PUD, PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT. <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br /> Section 1. Section 915 of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended to <br /> add the following: <br /> 915.060. PUD ZONING DISTRICT ~°C". The Purpose of the PUD "C" District is to <br /> provide a limited selection oflow-traffic retail uses similar to those allowed in the B-3 District as <br /> outlined in Section 912 of the Zoning District at 121 East County Road C, Parcel ID Number <br /> 062922430002, as well as to permit the office, office-warehouse, office-showroom and similar <br /> uses of the B-W District as listed in Section 913 of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> A. Permitted Uses. The following shall constitute permitted uses in the PUD "C" District <br /> and shall be allowed by right, subject to compliance with all of the applicable regulations <br /> of the Little Canada Zoning Ordinance and other applicable ordinances, laws, and <br /> regulations, unless specifically modified by the requirements of this District. <br /> 1. Uses allowed as permitted uses in the B-3 Zoning District, subject to the <br /> general and specific requirements for that district. <br /> 2. Pool retailers and installation contractors, including indoor storage space <br /> related to retail and contractor inventory. <br /> B. Accessory Uses. The following shall be permitted accessory uses to an established <br /> principal use within the PUD "C" District: <br /> 1. Signs according to the requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section <br /> 903.110. <br /> 2. Accessory commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to <br /> the principal use, but such use shall not exceed thirty (30) percent of the gross <br /> floor space of the principal use. <br /> 3. Off-street parking as regulated by Section 903.050 of this Ordinance. <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
