MINUTES CITY COUNCIL MARCH 24, 2010 payment. The City Administrator reported that Mr. Dimleen is also eligible for moving expenses in the amowit of $1,650. He will also be eligible for a relocation payment when he decided on a housing choice. The City Administrator reported that sale transaction is complete, the home will be disposed of. The home will be evaluated for airy hazardous materials prior to disposal. The Administrator recommended approval of the acquisition of manufactured home at 2442 Rice Street, Lot A, as described above. Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2010-3-66 -AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF MANUFACTURED HOME AT 2442 RICE STREET, LOT A, AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (4). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. CLOSED The City Attorney reported that at this point in the meeting (9:44 p.m.), SESSION - the Council will temporarily adjourn the Regular Council Meeting and PROPERTY will convene into closed session to discuss the potential acquisition of real ACQUISITION property within the City of Little Canada. The City Attorney noted that this closed session will be audio-taped and the tape will be retained by the city. Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2010-3-67- TEMPORARILYADJOURNING THE REGULAR CITY CO UNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PROPERTYACQUISITIONS The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis.
