He will also be <br /> eligible for a relocation payment when he decided on a housing choice. <br /> The City Administrator reported that sale transaction is complete, the <br /> home will be disposed of. The home will be evaluated for airy hazardous <br /> materials prior to disposal. <br /> The Administrator recommended approval of the acquisition of <br /> manufactured home at 2442 Rice Street, Lot A, as described above. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-3-66 -AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION <br /> OF MANUFACTURED HOME AT 2442 RICE STREET, LOT A, AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> CLOSED The City Attorney reported that at this point in the meeting (9:44 p.m.), <br /> SESSION - the Council will temporarily adjourn the Regular Council Meeting and <br /> PROPERTY will convene into closed session to discuss the potential acquisition of real <br /> ACQUISITION property within the City of Little Canada.
