? This compensation amount indicated in the previous bullet is offset by estimated assessments to
your property based on a cost per lot of $13,027 multiplied by an estimated six (6) lots totaling
$78,162. This results in no cash payable to you or any special assessment levied against your
property.
? No water main will be installed at this time. Should it be deemed neeessa~y to do so in the
future, this easement would permit that. However, the City does not feel water main needs to be
installed until your and/or the Himmelbach property are developed. A primary reason is water
main were installed today, a portion would have to be reconstructed when the Himmelbach
property ultimately develops as the f 11 needed in that area would result in the water main being
buried too deeply.
? Any disturbed area will be restored to its previous condition. The only exception to that would
be any trees removed to facilitate the installation of the sewer line. We will try to avoid any tree
impacts, but aerial map makes it appear some trees will be impacted. This has been accowrted
for in the damage estimate above.
? The City will advise you as to the construction schedule. We will also answer any questions you
may have regarding construction staging.
? We will need a "right of entry" executed to allow the engineer to have the property surveyed to
facilitate design of the sanitary sewer line.

I believe this encompasses the discussions we have had. Should any point not be clear or if you have
any questions, please let me know. My direct line phone number is 651-766-4040.
