MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> APRIL 14, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of <br /> April, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CI'T'Y COiJNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> Council Member Mr. ,Tohn Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRESF.,NT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Engineer Mr. Lee Elfering <br /> Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helauder <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-4-81-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THE MARCH 22, 2010 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br /> MARCH 24, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br /> MARCH 24, 2010 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETINGAS SUBMITTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> ARBOR DAY Mayor Blesener proclaimed Friday, Apri130, 2010 as Arbor Day in the <br /> City of Little Canada and May as Arbor Month. Blesener noted that the <br /> City will conduct an Arbor Day Celebration on Friday, Apri123, 2010 at <br /> 1:00 p.m. in Spooner Park. <br /> WELCOME Blesener welcomed a Century College student to this evening's Council <br /> TO COLLEGE meeting. <br /> STUDENT <br /> <br />
