Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-4-91-APROVING THE RIGHT-OF-ENTRY <br /> AGREEMENTS WITH MR. BATTISTA AND MR. HIMMELBACH AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br /> EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mr. McGraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ACQUISITION The City Administrator reviewed his report dated Apri17, 2010 relative <br /> OF LOT B, to the City's acquisition of the manufactured home on Lot B, 2442 Rice <br /> 2442 RICE Street. The Administrator noted that this is the last manufactured home <br /> STREET that the City needs to purchase in order to facilitate the addition of a left <br /> tum lace on County Road B-2 in conjunction with the Rice Street <br /> Improvement Project. 'The Administrator reported that the unit owner, Mr. <br /> 'Trudeau, is selling his unit valued at $1,600 by the County. Mr. Trudeau <br /> will then use that amount coupled with his relocation assistance to <br /> purchase another unit within Terrace Heights at a cost of $16,500. Mr. <br /> Trudeau will also be due moving expenses, likely to be $1,650. The <br /> Administrator also noted that the City will finance the acquisition of the <br /> manufactured home located at Lot 95, 2442 Rice Street for Mr. Trudeau. <br /> In exchange for that financing, Mr. Trudeau will convey title of the <br /> manufactured home on Lot B to the City at no cost. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-4-91-APPROVING THE BILL OF SALE <br /> AND ADDENDUM TO BILL OF SALE FOR THE MANUFACTURED <br /> HOME LOCATED AT LOT B, 2442 RICE STREET, AS <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYADMINISTRATOR, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR TO <br /> EXECUTE THESE DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0).
