<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> APRIL 14, 2010 <br /> The Action Plan Develop Little Canada Koad Streetscape Plan was <br /> reviewed. It was suggested that the potential for sidewalks be looked at <br /> along Little Canada ,Road east of the freeway and along Cowztry Drive. <br /> The Administrator indicated that he would include that in the Request for <br /> Proposals. <br /> 'l~he Action Plan Develop Fee Schedule for Fire Re-inspections was <br /> reviewed. Also reviewed was the Action Plan for Pursue Funding for <br /> Reconstruction of Rice Street Bridge at 694. It was noted that the push <br /> for funding is well underway. <br /> There was some discussion about the Brings Company property as a <br /> possible Public Works Garage site. Outdoor storage would be an issue, <br /> however, given its location in a predominantly residential area. The <br /> Council noted that the Brings Company property and surrounding area has <br /> redevelopment potential. <br /> The City Administrator indicated that Action Plafls will be presented to <br /> the City Council for ratification at an upcoming Council meeting. <br /> There being no further business, the workshop meeting was adjourned at <br /> 7:18 p.m. <br /> . <br /> ~ilham Blesener, Mayor <br /> Attest' J ~ C'`-~ <br /> Joel anson, City Administrator <br /> 6 <br /> <br />
