Dorn reported on the traffic problems that the residential <br /> homes on Jackson Srieet have hade because of Poolside haffie, and <br /> indicated that Mr. Anderson did install signage to help alleviate that <br /> problem. <br /> Keis expressed concern with the garage structure on the property noting its <br /> deteriorating condition. 'I"he City Planner stated that the long-term plan is <br /> to build a building or building addition on the west side of the property, <br /> eliminate the detached shed, and add parking on the east side of the <br /> property. <br /> Boss noted that the front yards of the homes on Jackson Street look out at <br /> the backside of the Poolside property. Therefore, it is a difficult situation <br /> for the residents. <br /> There was no one from the general public present wishing to comment on <br /> this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Keis, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was closed. <br /> Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-4-104 -APPROVING THE REZONING OF <br /> I2I EAST COUNTY ROAD C, POOLSIDE PROPERTY FROM <br /> GENERAL BUSINESS (B-3) DISTRICT TO PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT (PUD), APPROVINGA PUD PERMIT FOR <br /> OUTDOOR DISPLAYAREA, AND A PUD PERMIT FOR <br /> TEMPORARY OUTDOOR STORAGE SUBJECT TO THE <br /> FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> o Outdoor storage allowed on the property to the end of <br /> 2011 at wlalch tune the property must be compliant with <br /> the City Code; <br /> o Outdoor storage area to be confined to an area no larger <br /> than 16 feet by 40 feet on the west side of the property as <br /> reflected on. the site plan submitted; <br /> o Outdoor storage area can be surfaced with Class V; <br /> o Outdoor storage area to be screened wixh a fence on three <br /> sides of the defcned outdoor storage area (north, south, <br /> and west); <br /> 7 <br /> <br />
