Resolution declared adopted. <br /> COMPRE- Mayor Blesener opened the continuation of public hearing relative to the <br /> HENSIVE Comprehensive Sign Plan for 80 Little Canada Road, Little Canada <br /> SIGN PLAN- Properties, LI,C. It was noted that the City Platmer and the Planning <br /> 80 LITTLI: Commission have recommended approval subject to conditions. This <br /> CANADA matter had been tabled at the April 28, 2010 Council Meeting given the <br /> ROAD applicant was not present to answer questions. <br /> Keis indicated that the general layout of the Comprehensive Sign Plan was <br /> acceptable. He indicated that his questions related to signage consistency <br /> noting the signage for The Press Gym has already been installed, and <br /> future tenant signage has not been determined. <br /> Tim Smith, Little Canada Properties, indicated that he has owned the <br /> property for 16 years and over that time period most tenant signage, other <br /> than the insurance company sign, has been in the windows of the building. <br /> Smith described The Press Gym sign which is mounted on a raceway, but <br /> noted that the insurance company sign is individually mounted letters. <br /> Keis stated that his question is how future tenant signage would be treated <br /> and indicated that the City would be looking for consistency. Keis stated <br /> that he did not want to see a panel sign mounted ou the building. <br /> Montour suggested that The Press Gym sign be used as the guideline for <br /> future building signage, and agreed that additional building signage should <br /> be somewhat consistent. <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
