MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> JUNE 10, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br /> Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held nn the 10th day of <br /> June, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Dan I{nudsen <br /> Mr. Scott Barraclough <br /> Mr. "fom Duray <br /> Mr. Tom Tischer <br /> Mr. Jon Hall <br /> Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br /> ABSENT: Mr. Michael Everson <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br /> Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine, Cable TV <br /> <br /> MINUTES The May 13, 2010 Planning Commission meeting minutes were approved <br /> as submitted. <br /> PUD PERMIT- Mr. Wade Wilson appeared before the Commission requesting approval <br /> 3152 of a PUD Permit to allow outdoor storage of a dumpster, utility trailer, <br /> COUNTRY and storage container on his property at 3152 County Drive. Wilson <br /> llRIVE - reviewed the site plan depicting the location of the utility trailer in the <br /> WADE WILSON front of the building and the dumpster and storage container behind the <br /> building. Wilson noted that the dumpster and storage container would not <br /> be visible from the street. The storage container is used for the storage of <br /> metal chips that result from the operation of his machine shop. Wilson <br /> reviewed pictures of his property with the Commission. <br /> Wilson reported that he has been in operation at this location for the past <br /> three years. He indicated that he followed the City's discussions on the <br /> outdoor storage issue over the past couple of years. As a result, he is <br /> aware of the requirement for an outdoor storage license and has made <br /> application for one. <br /> <br />
