MINUTES OF THE I2EGLJLAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> ,JUNE 9, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 9th day of June, <br /> 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little <br /> Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COi7NCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Attorney Mr. Trevor Oliver <br /> Public Works Supt. Mr. Bill Dircks <br /> Cable 'TV Producer Ms. Vanessa VanAlstine <br /> <br /> MINUTES Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-6-138 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THE MAY 26, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THE <br /> MAY 26, 20I D REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> STORM Mayor Blesener opened the public hearing to review the City's Storm <br /> WATER Water Pollution Prevention Program and discuss the City's progress in <br /> POLLUTION meeting National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) <br /> PREVENTION requirements. <br /> PROGRAM <br /> The Public Works Superintendent reported that the purpose of this hearing <br /> is to take comments from the public relative to storm water issues as well <br /> as reporC on the City's efforts to improve storm water quality.
