<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JUNE 9, 2010 <br /> CLOSEll T'he City Attorney recommended that at this point in the meeting, 8:16 <br /> SESSION p.m., the Council go into closed session to review settlement offers <br /> relative to Valor Litigation and Condit Street Assessment Appeals. <br /> Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTIONNO. 2010-6-I46 - TEMPORARILYADJOURNING <br /> THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND CONVENING INTO <br /> CLOSED SESSIONAS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYATTORNEY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-G-147 -ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br /> COUNCIL MEETING AND RECONVENING THE REGULAR <br /> COUNCIL MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The City Attorney reported that the result Council meeting was <br /> reconvened at 9:05 p.m. At the closed meeting the Council hearing from <br /> the attorneys relative to Valor Enterprises versus the City of Little Canada <br /> as well as the Condit Street assessment appeals. The Council then gave <br /> direction to the attorneys relative to these matters. <br /> ADJOURN Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution aizd moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-6-148 -ADJOURNING <br /> the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0).
