<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> JUNE 21, 2010 <br /> PUll PERMIT- Blesener opened the Public Bearing to consider the application of Wade <br /> 3152 Wilson, 3152 Country Drive, for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br /> COUNTRY Permit to allow outdoor storage of a dumpster, utility trailer, and storage <br /> DRIVE - container on his property. Blesener noted that the City Plamler and the <br /> WADE WILSON Planning Commission recommended approval subject to conditions. <br /> The City Planner reported that Mr. Wilson's business at 3152 Comrtiy <br /> Drive has a small amount of outdoor storage consisting of a storage <br /> container, utility trailer and a dumpster. He noted that the utility trailer is <br /> occasional storage. In reviewing the application, the Planning <br /> Commission recommended approval subject to moving the utility trailer to <br /> the rear portion of the property as required by the City's Outdoor Storage <br /> ordinance. The Commission also recommended that the Fire Marshal <br /> inspect the property for compliance with the Fire Code. This has been <br /> done and the Fire Marshal recommended that the dumpster be located a <br /> minimum of five feet from the building. The applicant has complied with <br /> that condition. One additional condition is that the site plan be updated to <br /> show lighting locations. The City Planner reported that the property <br /> appears to be in compliance with the City's outdoor storage requirements <br /> and he reconunended approval as outlined by the Planning Commission. <br /> There was no one present wishing to comment on this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Montour, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolutiai acid moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-6-753 -APPROVING THE PLANNED <br /> UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTDOOR <br /> STORAGE OFA DUMPSTER, UTILITY TRAILER, AND STORAGE <br /> CONTAINER IN THE PUD DISTRICT FOR 3152 COUNTRYDRIVE <br /> SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> OF THE CITY PLANNER AS OUTLINED IN HIS REPORT DATED <br /> JUNE 3, 2010 AND THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
