<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JUNE 21, 201.0 <br /> CONSENT Mr. Keis inhoduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> AGENDA <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-6-154 -APPROVING THE CONSENT <br /> AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br /> *APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br /> APPROVING TEMPORARYLIQUOR LICENSES FOR THE <br /> LITTLE CANADA RECREATIONASSOCIATION FOR CANADIAN <br /> DAYS CELEBRATION, KICKBALL TOURNAMENT, AND <br /> HALLOWEEN DANCE; <br /> *CALLING AN INFORMATIONAL UPDATE WORKSHOP FOR <br /> WEDNESDAY, JULY 14, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M.; <br /> *CALLING A WORKSHOP MEETING WITH THE LITTLE CANADA <br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 11, 2010 AT <br /> 6:00 P.M.; <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (4). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> COMP The City Plaimer reported that the Metropolitan CounciPs Planning <br /> PLAN Committee has approved the City's Comp Plan Update. The Pla~~ now <br /> UPllATF. proceeds to the full Met Council for final approval. The Planner also <br /> reported that the Met Council has based most of its comp plan comments <br /> on the systems statements that it sends out a couple of yews prior to start <br /> of the comp plan update process. Therefore, for future updates, he would <br /> recommend that more scrutiny of the systems statements be done. <br /> NUISANCE The City Administrator reported that the grass nuisance at 219 Little <br /> ABATEMENT- Canada Road has not been resolved, and the Code )?nforcement Officer is <br /> 21) LITTLE recommending that the Council order the abatement of the nuisance at <br /> CANADA this property. <br /> ROAD <br /> Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-6-155 -ORDERING THE ABATEMENT OF <br /> NUISANCE AT 219 LITTLE CANADA ROAD AS RECOMMENDED <br /> BY THE CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER <br /> 3 <br /> <br />
