<br /> Sediment and Erosion Control <br /> Silt fence, catch basin inserts and biologs will need to be placed along the perimeter of the disturbed construction <br /> area prior to construction to prevent silting of the storm sewer system. A rock construction entrance will need to be <br /> established and site street sweeping performed throughout the construction phase. Soils stockpiles shall be covered <br /> when not used for mare than G8 hours or temporarily seeded to prevent windblown sediment from transporting off- <br /> site. <br /> Permanent erosion control will consist of seeding and paved sidewalks and roads. Slopes and swales will be stabilized <br /> with a heavy duty erosion control mat designed forthe intended area. <br /> A Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan will need to be prepared and implemented for the project. This plan will <br /> need to meet Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) <br /> requirements. <br /> Utilities <br /> The existing utilities within the Footprint of the proposed ramp will be relocated as part ofthe site work. The existing <br /> storm sewer and catch basins within the surface parking lot will be removed and reconstructed with the iiew roads. <br /> The gas and electric services will need to be relocated outside of the ramp footprint. Two hydrants and a portion <br /> ofwatermain will need to be relocated along the north side of the ramp. Also, the existing sanitary sewer will be <br /> modified under the ramp within a new casing pipe as required to accommodate the proposed parking ramp. <br /> There is a pump house on the north side of County Road B and a 20" City watermain that serves the area. The water <br /> service to the Facility is located along the west property line and consists of a 12" and 16" looped water system off of <br /> the 20" main. <br /> There is a sanitary main as wel(as electric and gas services that run north within the existing service road.
