MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> JULY 28, 2010 <br /> Mr. John Sculley, adjacent propeicy owner, asked how the vacation of <br /> these easements impact his property. The City Administrator reported that <br /> Mr. Sculley was noticed of the hearing give that he is an adjacent property <br /> owner. The Administrator noted that the vacation will have no impact on <br /> the Sculley property. <br /> There was no one else present wishing to comment on this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Montour, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION N0. 20I0-7--176 -VACATING DRAINAGE AND <br /> UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE GERVAIS WOODS ADDITIONA5 <br /> RECOMMENDED BY THE CITY ENGINEER AND CITY STAFF <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0).
