<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> JULY 28, 2010 <br /> *THAT THE OUTDOOR STORAGE REGULATIONS OF THE I-1 <br /> DISTRICTAPPLYAND THE PROPERTYOWNER WILL BE <br /> REQUIRED TO OBTAINANANNUAL OUTDOOR STORAGE <br /> LICENSE; <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Blesener. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The Commission discussed the request for re-issuance of the PUD Permit <br /> for building expansion. The City Planner noted that Mr. Johnson <br /> requested and the Planning Commission approved atwo-year extension. <br /> The City Administrator suggested that the ordinance does not provide for <br /> specific time limits, atld that PUD Permits that are not acted upon lapse in <br /> one year. He suggested that if the Council is inclined to re-issue the <br /> permit that it do so, and if Mr. Johnson needs an extension as the permit <br /> nears the one year mark, that he request an extension at that time. <br /> The City Administrator also pointed out that the current building code and <br /> storm water management ordinance would apply to any building additions. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-7-175 -APPROVING THE RE-ISSUANCE <br /> OF THE PREVIOUS PUD PERMIT AMENDMENT GRANTED ON <br /> JUNE 25, 2008 FOR THE CONSTR UCTION OF B UILDING <br /> EXPANSION TO MR. CARL JOHNSON, DRYWALL SUPPLY, 3213 <br /> COUNTRYDRIVE SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS THAT WERE <br /> IMPOSED UNDER THE INITIAL PUD PERMIT <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> VACATION Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the petition for <br /> OF vacation of existing drainage and utility easements in the Gervais <br /> DRAINAGE Woods Addition. <br /> & UTILITY <br /> EASEMENTS- The City Administrator reported that these drainage and utility <br /> GERVAIS easements were put in place when Bill Richie subdivided the <br /> WOODS property. These easements are no longer applicable and are being <br /> replaced with drainage and utility easements that follow lot lines for the <br /> Gervais Woods Addition. <br /> 9 <br /> <br />
