<br /> MINUTES <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> JULY 28, 2010 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-7--179 -ADJOURNING THE CLOSED <br /> SESSIONAND RECONVENING THE REGULAR COUNCIL <br /> MEETING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The regular City Council meeting was reconvened at 9:46 p.m. <br /> The City Attorney reported that in closed session the City Council <br /> discussed a recent settlement offer in the litigation of Valor );nterprises <br /> versus the City of Little Canada. LMCIT Attorney James Monge <br /> presented the settlement agreement. That agreement was discussed by the <br /> City Council and a consensus was reached. <br /> Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-7--180 -ACCEPTING THE VALOR <br /> ENTERPRISES SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AS PRESENTED <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITYADMINISTRATOR <br /> TO EXECUTE THE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br /> THE CITY <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> ADJOURN Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-7--181-ADJOURNING <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0).
