MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> AUGUST 12, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br /> Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 12th day of <br /> August, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Vice Chair "tom Duray called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Tom Duray <br /> Mr. Michael Everson <br /> Mr. Tom Fischer <br /> Mr. Jon Hall <br /> ABSENT: Mr. Scott Barraclough <br /> Mr. Dan Knudsen <br /> Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br /> Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br /> Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br /> <br /> MINUTES The July 8 and July I5, 2010 Plowing Conunission meeting minutes were <br /> approved as submitted. <br /> RE-ISSUE The City Planner reported that Lee Rossow, owner of 3164 Ryan Lane, <br /> INTERIM has made application for the reissuance of an Interim Use Permit for <br /> USE outdoor storage for off-site resident tenants for up to a five year term. <br /> PERMIT - The Plamier reported that under the City Code outdoor storage is <br /> 3164 RYAN allowed by Conditional Use Permit as an accessory use to a principle use <br /> LANE - on the property. The City Code also allows outdoor storage by Interim <br /> LEE ROSSOW Use Permit for off-site resident tenants. The Planner reported that Lee <br /> Rossow has an Interim Use Permit to lease outdoor storage space to <br /> Quality Contracting, a Little Canada business. That permit has expired <br /> and Mr. Rossow is seeking a re-issuance for up to a five year term. The <br /> City Planner indicated when the Code was amended to allow outdoor <br /> storage to off site resident tenants by IUP, the maximum term was for one <br /> year.
