The issue that arose related to whether such "enclosures" (such as dog houses) should be subject to the City's accessory building regulations, and whether the current regulations related to fenced enclosures or buildings. (E) Applicability of Section: This Section shall be applicable to all dog enclosures constructed after the effective date of the Ordinance from which this Section is derived. Any pre-existing dog enclosure which is a nuisance or source of filth may be required to comply with this Section by notice of compliance being given by the City Administrator. Failure to comply with such a notice within thirty (30) days of issuance shall be a violation of this Code. (F) Size and other requirements: 1. No property may have more than one (1) Dog Enclosure.
