MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA AUGUST 25, 2010 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of August, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss Council Member Mr. John Keis Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw Council Member Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson City Planner Mr. Steve Gritrinau Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin He]ander City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2010-8-188 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THEAUGUST 11, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND THEAUGUST 11, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. STOP SIGN The Mayor announced that given there was a recent traffic fatality on AT LARORE LaBore Road, a number of residents have expressed concern with traffic 12OAD & speeds on LaBore Road and suggested the need for a stop sign at LaBore ARCADE Road and Arcade Street. The Sheriffls Department is currently STREET conducting a study of this issue and will report to the City Council at the September 8, 2010 Council meeting. AMENll PUD Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to PERMIT - PUD Permit allowing the construction of a three-level parking ramp as 177 COUNTY well as a new service entrance at the St. Jude Medical facility at 177
