MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> AUGUST 25, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 25th day of <br /> August, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Gritrinau <br /> Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin He]ander <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-8-188 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THEAUGUST 11, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br /> THEAUGUST 11, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br /> SUBMITTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> STOP SIGN The Mayor announced that given there was a recent traffic fatality on <br /> AT LARORE LaBore Road, a number of residents have expressed concern with traffic <br /> 12OAD & speeds on LaBore Road and suggested the need for a stop sign at LaBore <br /> ARCADE Road and Arcade Street. The Sheriffls Department is currently <br /> STREET conducting a study of this issue and will report to the City Council at the <br /> September 8, 2010 Council meeting. <br /> AMENll PUD Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to <br /> PERMIT - PUD Permit allowing the construction of a three-level parking ramp as <br /> 177 COUNTY well as a new service entrance at the St. Jude Medical facility at 177 <br /> <br />
