MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> SEPTEMBER 20, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 20th day of <br /> September, 2010 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br /> 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRBSBNT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Plamler Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Hclander <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-9-220 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THE SEPTEMBER 8, 2010 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, THE <br /> SEPTEMBER 8, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE <br /> SPPTEMBER 10, 2010 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS <br /> SUBMITTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> FIRST Mayor Blesener commended Boy Scout Troop 902 from the Church of <br /> RESPONDERS Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for the ceremony they held on <br /> CEREMONY September 11, 2010 in honor of first responders. <br /> CUP - Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the request of <br /> 3250 SPRUCE Lapham-Hickey Steel, 3250 Spruce Street, for a Conditional Use Permit <br /> <br />
