14. The property, including buildings and exterior site areas, shall comply <br /> with all applicable fire codes. The Fire Marshal will need to complete <br /> azt inspection of the parcel. All provisions of this permit are subject to <br /> compliance with the applicable fire codes. <br /> 15. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not <br /> be visible from the public right-of--way or from neighboring residential <br /> uses, and shall be in compliance with Section 903.020.I of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. The applicant complies with the provisions of Section 921 of the Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> City staff recommends approval of the CUP amendment to allow outdoor storage for building <br /> <br /> tenants up the maximum area allowed by City Code subject to the applicant providing an <br /> updated site plan confirming outdoor storage areas in compliance with city codes.
