Originally approved in <br /> 1995, the Heritage Office Park is comprised of eight condominium-type office buildings. <br /> The site is zoned I-P, Industrial Park. <br /> The proposed accessory storage building measures approximately 1,660 square feet in <br /> size and is comprised of three garage units. The building is proposed to be located <br /> within the southern area of the site, within an existing Xcel Energy power line easement. <br /> Specifically, the accessory building overlays lot 6, Block 1 of the Heritage Office Park <br /> 3rd Addition. <br /> The Heritage Office Park 3`d Addition was approved by the City in 1998 as phase 2 of <br /> the office park project. Such approval was subject to various conditions, one of which <br /> was the submission of detailed plans for the proposed accessory building. <br /> Analysis <br /> Conditions of Approval (1998). As noted, the accessory building was conditionally <br /> approved as part of the project's second phase (in 1998). In this regard, the following <br /> related conditions were imposed: <br /> 1. The applicant be required to provide documentation from NSP (nowXcel Energy) <br /> to allow for construction of the proposed garage structure within the existing <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
