903.020. O. Exterior Storage. All materials and equipment except as provided for <br /> in Sections 905 through 920 of this Ordinance shall be stored within a building or <br /> fully screened so as not to be visible from adjoining properties, except for the <br /> following: <br /> 6. In Industrial Districts pates which are part of a seew•it f <br /> enclosure need not be screened, provided that the gate is no <br /> greater than twentyfour feet in length, and no more than <br /> one such gate is allowed to be unscreened per sri•eet frontage. <br /> 914.040.G. 8. The storage area shall be fenced and fully screened from adjoining <br /> non-industrial property, park and trail areas, azzd public right of way. Where <br /> properly fenced and screened, outdoor storage may encroach into the required <br /> side or rear yard setback area. Gates may be excluded from this screening <br /> requirement as provided for in Section 903.020.0.6. <br /> 918.040.A.3. Storage is screened from view of the public right-of--way in <br /> compliance with Section 903.020.G of this Ordinance.
