Staff has been dealing with the violations <br /> present on this site (or almost a year. Iiad< in.hme, the Council ordered abatement action <br /> to remove the grass nuisance violation that existed. I-knvever, dre same grass nuisance <br /> vio{ation exists once again, plus staff has noticed junk/debris present around the rear yard <br /> of the home. <br /> An abatement ttoCice was sent to Che property owners requesting clean up of <br /> junlddebris <br /> in the yard and the grass be cut. In this notice, the property owners were required to have <br /> die violations corrected by Monday, October 1 1, 2010 or staff would recommend <br /> abatement of both nuisances. I will do an inspection following Che deadline.
