MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> OCTOBER 27, 2010 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br /> Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 27th day of <br /> October, 2010 iu the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br /> Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br /> following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br /> CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br /> Council Member Ms. Shelly Boss <br /> Council Member Mr. John Keis <br /> Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br /> Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br /> ALSO PRBSI?NT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br /> City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br /> Cable "I'V Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br /> City Clerk Ms. Kathy Ulanzer <br /> <br /> MINUTES Mr. McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2010-10-261-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br /> THE OCTOBER 13, 2010 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGAND <br /> THE OCTOBER 19, 2010 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AS <br /> SUBMITTED <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br /> F,LECTION Mayor Blesener reminded the general public that "fuesday, November 2, <br /> llAY 2010 is General Election Day. <br /> LCRA Boss announced that Little Canada Recreation Association's Ilalloweeu <br /> HALLOWEEN Dance is this Friday evening at St. John's. Information is available on <br /> DANCE the City's web site. Costumes are encouraged, but optional. <br /> <br />
