Resolution declared adopted. <br /> The City Administrator indicated that there are two new tenants moving <br /> into'fhe Village, thus bringing occupa~icy to over 50%. <br /> AMEND CUP- Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the application for an <br /> 3171 SPRUCE Amendment to Conditional Llse Permit for outdoor storage up to the <br /> STREET - maximum allowed by Code at 3171 Spruce Street requested by Neu <br /> NEU PROPERTIES Properties. It was noted that the Code Enforcement Officer and the <br /> Planning Commission recommended approval subject to conditions. <br /> The City Planner indicated that the applicant is requesting an amendment <br /> to his Conditional Use Permit to allow outdoor storage to the maximum <br /> allowed by Code. The Planner noted that since the initial CUP was issued, <br /> outdoor storage requirements have changed, and the applicant will be <br /> required to comply with the new standards. The Plamrer noted that since <br /> the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant has submitted a revised <br /> site plan. That site plan has been reviewed by the Code Enforcement <br /> Officer and meets the cost requirements. Therefore, the Code <br /> Enforcement Officer is recommending approval of the amended CLJP. <br /> Dan Neujahr, Neu Properties, reported that he has been in discussions with <br /> the Code Enforcement Officer, and indicated that his submittals are now <br /> compliant with her recommendations. <br /> Montour noted the Planning Commission discussion relative to containers <br /> on the property. Neujahr indicated that these are construction trailers <br /> which move in and out of the site and are not storage containers that <br /> remain on the property. <br /> There was no one else present from the general public wishing to <br /> comment on this matter. <br /> 4 <br /> <br />
