<br /> MINUTES <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> OCTOBER 27, 2010 <br /> Gary Andert, 2829 Noel Drive, indicated that the existing house will stay. <br /> A porch will be added to the front and north sides of the house. A <br /> bedroom, kitchen, and dining room will be added to the back of the house. <br /> A new attached garage will be added to the south side of the house, and <br /> the existing detached garage will be connected to the house via a <br /> breezeway. The existing detached garage will be resided to match the <br /> house. <br /> Montour noted that the accessory sheds will have to be removed. Andert <br /> indicated that he was agreeable. He noted that he has a hot tub enclosure <br /> on his garage deck. "the City Planner reported that a recreational building <br /> of 160 square feet or less is allowed, but if it is part of the deck, that <br /> provision may not apply. <br /> Montour questioned the attaching of the house and detached garage by <br /> breezeway. "the City Plamier again stated that attachment via a breezeway <br /> will cause the detached garage to be considered part of the principal <br /> structure. <br /> There was no one else present wishing to comment on this matter. <br /> Upon motion by Montour, seconded by Boss, the public hearing was <br /> closed. <br /> Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOL UTION NO. 2010-70-2G4 - APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br /> USE PERMIT TO ALLOW TOTAL GARAGE SPACE OVER 1,000 <br /> SQUARE FEET FOR 2829 NOEL DRIVEAS REQUESTED BY GARY <br /> AND NANCYANDERT SUBJECT TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE CITYPLANNER AS OUTLINED IN <br /> HIS REPORT DATED OCTOBER 7, 2070 AND SUBJECT TO <br /> ATTACHMENT OF THE DETACHED GARAGE TO THE <br /> PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE <br /> The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br /> Ayes (5). <br /> Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br /> AMEND PUD Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider an Amendment to a PUD <br /> PERMIT - Permit in the Industrial-Park (I-P) Toning District to allow the <br /> COUNTY construction of an accessory garage/storage building on Lot 6, Block I, <br /> ROAD DEAST - Heritage Office Park 3`d Addition on County Road D as requested by the <br /> HERITAGE Heritage Office Park Association.
